01 What We Ship
After the completion of your booked puja or chadhava service, we ship the following to your registered address:
- Sacred Prasad blessed during your puja ceremony.
- Chadhava items like sindoor, sacred thread, or temple items as applicable.
- Puja certificate or photo evidence of the ritual performed.
02 Shipping Locations
- We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- Delivery to remote or PIN code-unserviceable areas may not be possible. Our team will contact you if this applies.
03 Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines begin after the puja has been performed and prasad is dispatched.
04 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on select pujas or during special occasions.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.
05 Tracking Your Order
Once your prasad is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email/SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details.
- You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
06 Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your prasad package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order ID and photos (if applicable).
