01 Overview

At Mandir Puja, we strive to deliver the most authentic and devotional experience. Due to the nature of our spiritual services, cancellation and refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

02 Cancellation Policy

  • Before 48 hours of scheduled puja: Full refund will be processed.
  • Between 24–48 hours before puja: 50% refund will be issued.
  • Less than 24 hours before puja: No refund will be applicable.
  • After puja is performed: No cancellation or refund is possible.

03 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once confirmed:

  • Chadhava offerings already submitted to the temple.
  • Mala Jaap services once the jaap has commenced.
  • Prasad that has been dispatched for delivery.
  • Any service performed on a specific auspicious date (Tithi).

04 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
  • Transaction/processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.

05 Service Disruption by Us

If a puja or service is cancelled or delayed due to circumstances on our end (temple closure, pandit unavailability, technical issues), we will:

  • Offer a full refund, OR
  • Reschedule the service at no additional cost as per your preference.
